Bindery Worker

Tru Art currently has a key position opening in our production area responsible for setting up and operating a variety of paper binding machines according to job requirements and providing packing and assembly assistance for calendar construction. Accuracy and diligence are essential for on-time delivery and quality control.
Our Bindery Worker position combines operational/mathematical skills, mindfulness, and the ability to finish projects to achieve optimum quality of our printed products. These contributions support our customers’ promotional efforts - helping them to succeed, while providing the operator with a meaningful, rewarding and fulfilling employment experience.
First and Second shift positions available:
First shift position Monday thru Friday – 6:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.
Second shift position Monday thru Thursday – 2:30 p.m. – 1:00 a.m.
If you have
- Experience with bindery and paper related equipment
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Authorization to work in the United States
- A problem-solving approach and high-performance drive
