Job Title: Printing Press Operator
Location: Iowa City

Summary
Tru Art currently has a key position opening in our production area responsible for setting up and operating printing presses according to job and customer requirements. Accuracy and diligence are essential for on-time delivery and quality control. Our printing press operator position combines operational/mathematical skills, mindfulness, and the ability to print projects to achieve optimum quality. These contributions support our customers’ promotional efforts - helping them to succeed, while providing the operator with a meaningful, rewarding and fulfilling employment experience.
First and Second shift positions available:
First shift position Monday thru Friday – 6:30 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.
Second shift position Monday thru Thursday – 2:30 p.m. – 1:00 a.m.
If you have
- Experience with printing and paper related equipment
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Authorization to work in the United States
- A thorough understanding of printing operations and functions
- A problem-solving approach and high-performance drive
And are a self-directed individual with attention to detail, able to make accurate decisions in time sensitive situations,

Job Title: Bindery/Machine Operator

Summary
Tru Art currently has a key position opening in our production area responsible for the set-up, maintenance, adjustment, and operation of all bindery equipment according to requirements, while ensuring maximum productivity and quality control. Our Bindery / Machine Operator combines planning skills, operational/mathematical skills, attention to detail and the ability to coordinate projects to achieve optimum quality of our printed products. These contributions support our customers’ brand building and promotional efforts - helping them to succeed, while providing the operator with a meaningful, rewarding and fulfilling employment experience.

If you have
- Experience with bindery and/or cutting equipment
- Vocational/Technical degree in manufacturing or related field preferred
- Authorization to work in the United States
- A thorough understanding of bindery operations and functions
- A problem-solving approach and high-performance drive
